Registration Data Access Protocol (RDAP) Policy

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of Regery's Registration Data Access Protocol (hereinafter referred to as the "RDAP Service"). For the purposes of this Agreement, "You" or "Your" shall mean the user of the RDAP Service, and any individual or entity acting on Your behalf. "We," "Us," and "Our" shall refer to Regery services. By accessing and utilizing the RDAP Service, You hereby agree to be bound by these RDAP Terms of Service and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information in accordance with Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your Representations, Warranties, and Covenants

You expressly acknowledge, represent, warrant, and covenant that:

1. Informational Purposes Only. The data provided through Our RDAP Service is furnished solely for general informational purposes.
2. "As Is" Provision; No Warranty. While We endeavor to provide reliable information, You explicitly understand and agree that any and all information accessed or obtained through the RDAP Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
3. Lawful Use. You shall utilize the data obtained from the RDAP Service strictly for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal requirements.
4. Prohibition of Automated High-Volume Access. You shall not access or attempt to access the RDAP Service through the use of any high volume, automated electronic processes, including, without limitation, bots, spiders, or scrapers, that send excessive queries or data to the systems of Regery, any ICANN-accredited registrar, or any registry operator.
5. Restrictions on Data Aggregation and Dissemination. You are strictly prohibited from compiling, repackaging, disseminating, or otherwise using the information contained within the RDAP Service, whether in its entirety or in any substantial portion thereof, without Our express prior written consent.
6. Prohibition of Unsolicited Communications. You shall not utilize the RDAP Service in any manner that enables, facilitates, or supports the transmission of unsolicited commercial advertising, marketing materials, or solicitations of any kind.
7. Right to Restrict or Terminate Access. We expressly reserve the right, in Our sole and absolute discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate Your access to the RDAP Service at any time, with or without notice, to ensure the operational stability, security, and integrity of Our systems, or in the event of Your actual or suspected failure to comply with any provision of this policy.

Modification of Terms

You expressly acknowledge and agree that these RDAP Terms of Service are subject to modification, alteration, or amendment by Regery at any time, in its sole and unlimited discretion, without prior notice. It is Your sole responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Service for any changes. Your continued use of the RDAP Service following the implementation of any such changes shall constitute Your unequivocal acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised policy.
