Since gambling and adult websites are heavily regulated and often prohibited in various Indian states, websites or domains associated with such content may be deemed illegal.
If your domain name includes terms like casino, bet, gamble, etc., you risk a non-refundable suspension or cancellation of the domain by the .IN registry.

The .IN registry prohibits the use of VPN services during the domain name registration process. Please ensure that any such services are disabled before proceeding.
I understand that failure to comply may result in the suspension or cancellation of the registered domain name.

I hereby agree to register a domain name and confirm that all provided registrant information is truthful and valid. I acknowledge that the registry may require additional verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the provided details.

I understand that the .IN registry’s verification process is beyond our control, and they may take extended periods (weeks/months) to respond to inquiries or may not respond at all. The registry’s lack of response or delays in communication cannot be used as grounds for refunds or compensation.

I accept that the registration and continued use of a .IN domain name are entirely at my own risk, as the registry retains full authority to suspend or block the domain at their discretion without explanation.
