- If the Domain Owner is not domiciled in Germany, he/she must, within two weeks of a request by DENIC, designate an authorized representative with permanent residence in Germany to receive service of official or court documents, with the same powers as an authorized recipient under Section 184 of the German Code of Civil Procedure.
- By submitting an application for domain registration, the Domain Owner expressly warrants that all information about them in the application is correct and that the registration and intended use of the domain does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any general laws.
