Prior rights requirements: An identical trademark (from any country) entitles the holder to both .eg and .com.eg (so a company called Best Ever Solution is entitled to besteversolution.eg and besteversolution.com.eg), while a local company name entitles the holder only to .com.eg (not .eg), but also allows registration of domains derived from the company name: in our example, besteversolution.com.eg, and also BES.com.eg, BestEverS.com.eg and BestES.com.eg.
