Consent to process personal data
I am, as the client of the service, Regery, agree to the processing of my personal data (including: collection, accumulation, systematization, modification, deletion, use, distribution, depersonalization, blocking).
I agree that the information provided by me, according to the rules of the WHOIS public Internet service and the Terms of Use of the Regery Internet Service, can be obtained by third parties at any time in the manner specified in the WHOIS public Internet service regulation and the Registry Internet Service Terms of Use. Regery has right to grant access and transfer my personal data to third parties without any additional messages, without changing the purpose of their processing. The purpose of using personal data and their subsequent processing is the receipt by the client of the services provided by the service.
The service undertakes to process the personal data of the customer in strict accordance with the legislation of Ukraine on the protection of personal data.
In the event that the client believes that the measures taken by the service can not provide complete protection of personal data during transmission, including. cross-border, the client agrees that his personal data will be transferred in an impersonal form, in the event that this does not entail the inoperability of the services provided to the client.
The withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data can be carried out by sending the client a corresponding order in a simple written form to the address of the service. In this case, the client agrees that such a review may entail the following consequences:
- Refusal on the part of the service in the provision of services, as a result of the impossibility of their performance without the specified data
- Removing a domain name, if it is impossible to maintain it, without the availability of such data
The client hereby consents to the Service as the Registrar, if necessary (if required by the Rules and Regulations of the relevant domains or services) to publish their personal data in the databases of the respective services in the volumes and form required for the services, services, domains.
The Client agrees that his personal data may be transferred to another Registrar or to the Administrator of the public domain, in the event that the operation being performed requires the identification of the customer as the owner of the domain name.
The client's rights in relation to his personal data are defined in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data".
