Whois contacts of the domain must match the data of the owner of the trademark.
The second-level domain name must match the spelling of the Mark. Detailed description of exceptions in naming, as well as transliteration rules can be found in the document.
According to the Regulations of the .UA Registry, delegation of a second-level private domain is possible upon submission of the following documents:
certified extract from the Official Gazette of the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization, which confirms the fact of international registration of the Mark and the fact of its legal protection on the territory of Ukraine;
duly certified copy of the Ukrainian certificate for the mark for goods and services;
in case the domain name registrant is not the owner of the Trademark certificate - certified publication in the Official Gazette of information on the transfer of ownership of the Mark or issuance of a license to use the Mark.
